It´s one of the fashion capitals of the world and a veritable mix of cultures, smells, sights, sounds and styles. For these reasons, and many more, we thought it might be fun to create a few outfits inspired by one of our favourite cities.
Chelsea
It´s one of the most expensive places to live in London and one of the most chic, therefore there couldn´t be a better place to showcase a more formal and preppy look than Chelsea. A colorful tweed, zipped jacket and suede sandals are perfectly balanced out with this linen shift dress with bow detailing on the neckline. To top everything off, we have added this cream scarf to add another layer and more texture to the look.
Brick Lane
One of the trendiest areas of London has to be Brick Lane, not only can you dine on some of the best curry in the city, but it has individual, trinket stores and beautiful boutiques. Therefore, it makes for a very interesting day out. Not to mention, there are many bargain to be found. Given the fashionistas that also frequent the area, we have gone for a rock chick look with a variety of dimensions. A mixture of black leather and suede provides an already interesting array of texture and neutral colour pallet to this look.
To accessorize, we suggest this chocolate brown, slouchy bag for all of your daily necessities and on foot a pair of snakeskin pumps. Finally, given the weather is usually not as reliable as the Mediterranean in summer, we propose this black blazer, a perfect jacket to complement all the colours and textures going on in this outfit.
Soho
If you´re a fan of the theatre, cinema and cocktail bars, Soho is the perfect spot for you! Whether you are wandering up Berwick Street looking for an old record or strolling along Gerrard Street in London´s Chinatown, this ensemble is comfortable, chic and stylish. An orange floral shift dress is loose, comfortable and effortlessly stylish for the daytime. Whilst this taupe, suede biker-style jacket and flats complement a loud and proud print. And where would you pop all of those records and interesting bits and bobs? A chocolate leather, big bag of course! All in all, the perfect outfit for a perfect day to enjoy one of the most wonderful cities. Where would you choose to go?
